Apoyo is designed to be the bridge between your technical documentation and your customers. This guide will walk you through the core philosophy of the platform and how to get your first AI Agent live in minutes.

Your First 30 Minutes
To get the most out of Apoyo, we recommend the following sequence:
- Step 1: Connect your Data: Navigate to the Knowledge Base tab. The AI is only as smart as the data you give it. Connect your website sitemap or upload your existing internal FAQ docs.
- Step 2: Define Persona: Use the Behavior tab to tell the AI how to act. Should it be formal? Should it use emojis? This is where you set the "vibe" of your brand.
- Step 3: Brand the Widget: In the Appearance tab, match your hex codes and upload your company logo.
- Step 4: Installation: Grab the single-line script from the Install tab and add it to your site footer.
Pro Tip
You can test changes in real-time using the Preview window on the right side of your dashboard without having to refresh your live website.
